Community Management

Lake Forest, CA

  • We are a five-star flooring design and installation firm based in Orange County, CA. We are looking to add a motivated team-player to our Community Management team.

    The Community Management team has full responsibility for managing the following key processes and tasks for Community Readiness:

    ·         Printing Blueprints

    ·         Price Matrix Setup

    ·         Input Take Offs to Matrix

    ·         Package Estimates for Bid

    ·         System Diagrams

    ·         Sample Boards and Sample Distribution

    ·         Windows Set up, System

    ·         Line Items Pricing

    ·         Laminate Diagrams

    ·         Copy & Distribute Blueprints to other showrooms.

    ·         Sequence Sheets and Phase Entries

    ·         Doc Vault Setup and Update

    ·         Front Desk Coverage (if and when necessary)

    ·         Model Walks and Options Photos (Options Builders)

    ·         Designer Support * Overall program readiness by the time the community Grand Opens

    ·         Developing process improvements to improve readiness whenever possible

    ·         Assisting Teammates in department with their primary responsibilities as workflow allows.

    Essentials and Qualifications:

    ·         Excellent communication with all levels of management, fellow associates, and field personnel

    ·         Work well under pressure / time sensitive deadlines

    ·         Organized and serious time manager

    ·         Work proactively and demonstrate a "can-do" teamwork approach

    ·         Organized and punctual, and able to multi-task

    ·         Construction trade experience is a plus but not required

    REQUIREMENTS

    ·         High School graduate; college level classes or equivalent work experience.

    ·         Computer literate; proficient in Windows, MS Office Suite 2000, with an emphasis in Excel 2000 and Word 2000.

    ·         Photoshop a plus.

    ·         Proficient and effective communication skills are an essential function of this role.

    ·         Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional business environment.

    ·         Occasional travel for Model Walks is required so must have reliable transportation and valid CA Driver License with clean driving record.


    Hours & Benefits:

    ·         Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

    ·         Non-exempt, full-time.

Customer Care Supervisor

Lake Forest, CA

 

We are a five-star flooring design and installation firm in Orange County looking to add a Customer Care Supervisor to our Operations Team.

The Customer Care Lead has full responsibility for the following functions:

  • Coordination of repair items for both production and warranty service

  • Supervise the Customer Care department

  • Pricing

  • Measures

  • Will need to be in constant contact with field representatives for Vintage Design on a continual basis each day to ensure builder partners and/or homeowners are having their needs addressed

  • Work in conjunction with other team members to properly schedule repairs in an urgent, time sensitive manner

  • Communicate and follow-up with builder partners when having to complete PO-chargeable work and obtain necessary authorization for billing purposes

  • Answer phone calls from homeowners and builder partners and correctly relay necessary information into proper service repairs or inspections

  • In times of need, will assist purchasing in the writing up and ordering of materials for installation
