The first visit we made to the design center Alicia made our family feel comfortable. This being our first time purchasing a new build, we were both excited and nervous about the whole process of selecting design elements for our new home. She helped us through our nervous jitters and guided us through selecting flooring for our new home. Alicia was able to answer all of our questions and was patient with us as we went back and forth with our choices. I don't know how we go matched up with Alicia Scebba, but I believe there was a reason. She is amazing!

This review is only for the services we received at our appointment. We are told that we can upgrade the flooring for our new house through Vintage Design. So Tanya called me to make an appointment, she was very friendly, and try her best to pick the time that fit our schedule. 2 days in advance, she also called and emailed me to remind us of our appointment, which I appreciated. The location is not hard to find, and it's bright, spacious and clean. Then, we met our designer, Bree, such a lovely girl! She greeted us, asked if we need anything to drink or snacks, she was very passionate, which release my anxiety when I arrived (As I don't like make choices...) She showed us our floor plan, and explained everything in detail for us, very organized. As I always have hard time to make decisions between different options/colors, she was very patient, and saved enough space and time for me and my husband to discuss. Meanwhile, she has a good taste! I love all the patterns she chose for us, I think it's because we are similar age. We both like those young/modern vibes. Overall, I really like Bree! She is professional, patient and passionate. I think if you can choose which designer to work with, ask for her!

My designer, Jasmine Perez, did an amazing job assisting in my selections. Through her expertise and professionalism, my designer turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an exciting experience beings hands on building my new home! I had my doubts about upgrading in order to save some money, but it made no sense at all to not use Vintage design and capitalize on great prices and the warranty. This review is only related to the customer service interaction with consultant Dianna Haas. Although I was excited about picking designs for my new home I was also leery that I would be leaving a few thousand dollars poorer. From the start, Dianna was warm and welcoming, she listened to my needs and what I was looking for and did not make at any time a hard sale. In fact, I had to often ask what she thought. A three hour consultation can be long and arduous but Dianna was patient and thorough - if the products are as good as Dianna - this could be a clam dunk! I say ask for Dianna and you won't regret it.

The level of professionalism, concern for our family's benefits/budget with the carpets, tile and vinyl wood planks, willingness to go the extra mile, and warmness from this company's design consultant Jasmine Perez made the only part of my new home buying experience worth it. We met with her on two separate meetings. The first meeting, we picked the designs for our home. Jasmine Perez presented us with various diagrams showing where carpets, tile and wood planks would be in the house and how much they would cost us in each diagram (based on different designs we chose). This was a huge benefit and gave us more options and ultimately helped us decide what we wanted. The other meeting, confirmed what we chose and the final price. Since we paid in full up front, Jasmine Perez was able to get us all of our designs chosen for a price we were excited about. Every time we saw Jasmine Perez, she was working hard, smiling and very energetic.
